We're looking for a motivated and hungry individual to work for one of the largest FM companies in the UK to be based out of an impressive building in Bracknell as a Helpdesk Administrator.
In this role you will join a team of 40 people total and 3 people directly in your team. The role is set in an impressive grounds which offers ample free parking and a great opportunity to progress your career with a clear history of promotion and training on site. This contract has also been extended for a further 5 years offering job security.
The contract you will be working on for this business will be for a global R&D agricultural technology company who operative in over 90 countries and have a workforce of up to 53,000 employees.

Job responsibilities for a Helpdesk Administrator:
* Take and handle calls on the helpdesk switchboard and provide high levels of customer service
* Use of a ticketing system and distribute works to on-site engineers or sub-contractors
* Work closely in your team in ensuring all works are compliant and meeting health and safety standards
* Dealing with any invoicing or purchase orders on-site
