Opportunity to work for Dudley Council is on temporary ongoing basis for their Refuse Department.

Job Duties:

Collect refuse from residential and commercial locations according to scheduled routes.
Load and unload waste materials efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
Safe operation of the bin lift and other equipment on the vehicle.
Refuse collection
Picking and collecting waste and garbage
Separating collected materials that should be recycled
Emptying garbage trucks that has been filled
Crushing/ garbage refuse collected
Following Health & Safety guidelines Successfully following instructions

Working Hours:

07:00-15:00

05:45-13:45

06:00-14:00

The right candidate has to be flexible to work all shift patterns across both locations.

This role involves manual lifting as well as long distance walking for around 10miles a day.
