Install, wire, and commission electrical systems, including control panels, motors, PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), and three-phase equipment.

Set up industrial machinery, conveyor systems, and automated production lines in compliance with technical specifications.

Maintenance & Inspections

Perform routine preventive maintenance to minimize downtime (e.g., lubricating motors, testing circuit integrity).

Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with BS 7671 (IET Wiring Regulations) and Electricity at Work Regulations 1989.

Troubleshooting & Repairs

Diagnose electrical faults using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other diagnostic tools.

Repair or replace defective components (e.g., relays, sensors, circuit breakers) in high-voltage systems.

Respond to emergency breakdowns to restore operations swiftly.

Safety & Compliance

*

Adhere to Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and site-specific safety protocols.

*

Use PPE (e.g., insulated gloves, arc-flash protection) and implement lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures.
