O’Neill and Brennan have an immediate requirement for a Senior Site Manager based on a major project in the Cambridgeshire area. This client is a major residential developer so naturally they are looking for individuals who have experience of working on housing schemes and who are able to manage jobs autonomously

To be considered you must have experience of working on traditional build housing projects

The successful Senior Site Manager candidate must have:

Strong Experience with Trad Build Housing
Strong all-round internals and externals experience
Worked mostly with developers
The necessary site tickets (CSCS, SMSTS etc)
