What You'll Be Doing:

Sourcing top-tier candidates and building strong talent pipelines
Developing new business and nurturing client relationships
Managing the full recruitment cycle - from first contact to final placement
Negotiating offers and closing deals
Becoming a trusted expert in your specialist marketWhat We're Looking For:

Confidence, resilience, and a proactive mindset
A strong work ethic and willingness to go the extra mile
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
