Project Manager - Cladding and Facades Installations

Are you keen on leading significant facade and cladding installation projects? We're excited to announce that T&D Glazing and Installation Limited is looking to expand our team. We are searching for three dedicated Project Managers to help drive success in our rapidly growing facade division.

Key Responsibilities:

* Project Execution: Plan, coordinate, and implement projects within pre-defined budgets, timelines, and scopes. Ensure all project phases adhere to necessary building and safety regulations.

* Resource Management: Oversee project resources including the management team, logistics, installation teams, and client meetings. Ensure efficient procurement and management of project materials and equipment essential for successful installations.

* Stakeholder Communication: Provide consistent updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and timely dissemination of project progress. Maintain strong communication with clients and team members.

* Team Leadership: Mentor and support project team members, promoting an environment of growth and efficiency. Proactively address project challenges and offer technical solutions.

* Quality and Compliance: Monitor all project activities to ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. Uphold high standards of quality throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

* Preferably a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

* At least 2 years of experience in project management, specifically within the facade, double glazing, and cladding sectors.

* Demonstrable business acumen with a proven ability to manage high-rise building projects in London.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management software, a basic understanding of cladding and glazing facade design, and some CAD tools.
