Here at Tancia Ltd we take stationery or general promotional products and turn them into powerful marketing tools, using the latest print technology. Our business is a hybrid of marketing and manufacturing; we produce and distribute tens of millions of printed products each year through over 3,500+ resellers. All orders are fulfilled in-house through innovative print processes, including direct digital and spot colour printing, as well as laser engraving, dye sublimation printing, digital transfer printing, debossing and doming.
Internship Overview
As a Compliance and Sustainability Administrator Intern, you will support key initiatives that help Tancia meet EU regulatory requirements and sustainability goals. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone interested in ESG, corporate responsibility, and green innovation. You’ll work directly with the Director and cross-functional teams on a range of meaningful projects.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Regulatory Support:
* Help compile product passports to support compliance with EU export regulations.
* Assist with collecting, organising, and verifying product and supplier data.
* Sustainability Initiatives:
* Work with the Director to prepare the company’s next sustainability pledge.
* Track progress on sustainability goals and help document achievements.
* Review and develop how we catalogue our sustainability data
* Research:
* Conduct market research on sustainability trends, industry benchmarks, and upcoming regulations.
* Present findings to support strategic planning.
* Administrative Tasks:
* Take and distribute minutes from internal sustainability and compliance meetings.
* Help keep project plans and documentation up to date.
* Marketing & Outreach:
* Collaborate on sustainability-related blog content, presentations, and social media posts.
* Help communicate our environmental impact to customers and partners.
What We’re Looking For
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Interest in supply chain, sustainability, compliance, or ESG.
* Detail-oriented, organised, and eager to learn.
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
* Bonus: knowledge of Supply chain, EU regulations or sustainability reporting standards
