£30,000-£32,000 depending on your previous commercial insurance experience
Are you an experienced claims handler with a passion for delivering excellent customer service? We’re looking for a confident and detail-oriented Commercial Claims Handler to join our friendly and dynamic team in Rubery.
About the Role: As a Commercial Claims Handler, you’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial insurance claims from first notification through to settlement. You’ll work closely with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders to ensure claims are processed efficiently and fairly, always maintaining a high standard of service.
Commerical Claims Handler Key Responsibilities:
Handle a caseload of commercial claims including property, liability, and business interruption
Liaise with insurers, loss adjusters, and clients to progress claims effectively
Provide regular updates to clients and support them throughout the claims process
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on our claims management system
Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and internal policiesThe successful Commercial Claims Handler will have the following skills and experience:
Previous experience in commercial claims handling (minimum 2 years preferred)
Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and claims processes
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
High attention to detail and organisational abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office and claims management system
Expereince working in a FCA environment.
