Are you an experienced Early Years professional ready to lead and inspire? The Hundred of Hoo Nursery has a fantastic opportunity for a Room Leader to join our team in the 2-3 year old room, starting July 2025!

This is your chance to play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of care and environment for our children. We're looking for a competent and excellent leader with a passion for providing high-quality, flexible childcare.

What We're Looking For:

* Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Childcare.

* Recent experience in a similar nursery setting.

* Proven success in supporting management.

* Excellent communicator at all levels.

* Ability to lead by example, motivate others, and work under pressure.

* Up-to-date knowledge of EYFS framework and safeguarding.

Our nursery is open year-round with just 3 set closure periods (1 week Christmas, 2 weeks mid-summer).
