Supported Living Manager. Registered Manager - Learning Disabilities. Glasgow area.
This is a great opportunity to join a growing, progressive care provider as Registered Manager overseeing several supported living services for adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex care needs.
Applications are encouraged from experienced, passionate Care Managers who have already held a CI registration, or someone with experience as a Service Manager and excellent understanding of working with adults with learning disabilities, looking for a move into a registered manager position.
You will be leading a team working across several services, some of which are shared houses, and also single occupancy properties. All are located in the Glasgow area with good access, they are well maintained and have good facilities.
What is important is a dedication to providing first-rate person centred care for your clients, with a sound knowledge of Care Inspectorate regulations and standards, and you will be a compassionate leader who enjoys motivating and developing staff, with a supportive leadership approach.
