Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer calls in a professional, friendly manner
Log requests accurately using CRM systems
Manage workload efficiently and prioritise tasks
Follow GDPR guidelines
Liaise with engineers, clients, and customers to ensure smooth operations
Record clear and detailed reports of each customer interaction
