As a Clinic Manager, you will drive sales strategy, oversee day-to-day operations, and coach a high-performing team to deliver world-class customer experiences. You will be both a kind and capable leader — confident in making decisions, solving challenges, and inspiring others. This is a hands-on, client-facing leadership position where your passion for sales, training, and skincare will shine.

Skills & Qualifications:

* 4+ years of management experience in a retail or clinical environment (preferably in beauty/skincare).

* A genuine passion for skincare, aesthetics, and client satisfaction.

* Strong leadership and team management skills.

* Excellent communication skills – verbal, written, and digital.

* Confident with retail math, appointment/booking software, and Microsoft Office Suite.

* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask under pressure.
