Production Operative

Salary: Up to £32000, plus overtime

Location: Deeside

Employment Type: Permanent

ZETEC Recruitment are working in partnership with a well established manufacturing business to recruit an experienced Production Operative.

The main focus of this permanent role is to safely operate production machinery, ensuring products meet quality standards and production targets are achieved.

Full training will be provided, although prior experience in a production or manufacturin environment is essential.

Shift Pattern:

This is a full time permanent role, working Monday-Friday, on a 3 shift rotation

Responsibilities will include:

Operating machinery according to safety and quality procedures

Conducting basic equipment checks and reporting any faults

Monitor production output to ensure compliance with specifications

Complete production documentation and shift reports accurately

Work collaboratively with team members and shift leaders

Maintain a clean and organised work area

Engage in training and continuous improvement initiatives

We’re looking for:

Proven experience in production, manufacturing or warehouse environments

Willingness to learn and undertake full training

Ability to follow standard operating procedures and work instructions

Good attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety

Current FLT licence

Reliable, punctual, and flexible to support a rotating shift pattern

Strong teamwork and communication skills
