Composite Trimmer – Motorsport Contract | Ongoing
Day & Night Shifts Available
£22 – £25 per hour (DOE & shift pattern)

The Role We are currently recruiting for an experienced Composite Trimmer to support ongoing motorsport programmes. This is a contract position with consistent work available on both day and night shifts.

You will be responsible for the precision trimming, fitting and finishing of high-performance composite components, working to extremely tight tolerances in a fast-paced motorsport environment.

Key Responsibilities
Trimming carbon fibre and composite components using hand tools and machinery

Finishing, fettling and preparing parts to exacting motorsport standards

Drilling, bonding and fitting composite components where required

Working from engineering drawings and build instructions

Carrying out self-inspection to ensure parts meet quality standards

Supporting production to meet tight deadlines and build schedules

Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Requirements
Proven experience as a Composite Trimmer within Motorsport (essential)

Strong understanding of composite materials and trimming techniques

Ability to work accurately to engineering drawings and specifications

High attention to detail and quality-focused mindset

Comfortable working day or night shifts

Immediately available or short notice preferred

Contract Details
Rate: £22 – £25 per hour (dependent on shift and experience)

Shifts: Days & Nights available

Contract: Ongoing
