Teach Now is working with a lovely, nurturing school in Barnet that is seeking an experienced and dedicated SEN teaching assistant to support pupils with complex needs within their specialist SEND hub and across Key Stage 1 and 2 classes.

Key responsibilities
• Provide 1:1 and group support for pupils with complex needs in the SEND hub and mainstream classes
• Observe and implement specialist interventions tailored to individual needs
• Assist in planning, resourcing, and delivering a curriculum adapted to pupils with EHCPs
• Maintain accurate records of pupil progress and contribute to data analysis and planning
• Collaborate with class teachers, SENCO, and the SLT to ensure personalised, inclusive provision
• Support with preparations for annual reviews and EHCP needs assessments
• Help create timetables and implement structured inclusion programmes
