Mechanical Fitter

ReeVR Talent are looking for a skilled Mechanical Fitter to join our clients assembly team on a contract basis, supporting the build and integration of their products during a busy project period.

Key Responsibilities for the Mechanical Fitter:

Assembly and fitting of precision mechanical components and sub-assemblies
Work from detailed mechanical drawings, assembly instructions, and BOMs.
Carry out basic alignment, fitting, and testing of assemblies to tight tolerances.
Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards.
Liaise with design and engineering teams to identify and resolve assembly issues.
Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to 5S and health & safety procedures.Requirements for the Mechanical Fitter

Proven experience as a Mechanical Fitter / Assembly Technician
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
Ability to interpret detailed engineering drawings and schematics.
Hands-on experience with hand tools, torque tools
Team player with a proactive, can-do attitude.
