* Maximise Student Achievement: Be instrumental in ensuring exceptional student outcomes in Key Stage 3, GCSE Combined/Triple Science, and particularly A-Level Physics, equipping them with the sophisticated analytical, mathematical, and practical skills required for top university placements.

* Lead Advanced Practical Work: Design and oversee challenging practical investigations, ensuring students develop advanced laboratory skills and meet the demands of A-Level practical endorsements.

* Delivering Engaging and Rigorous Curriculum: Utilise your expertise to deliver well-structured and challenging lessons that align with the demands of the Physics curricula at all key stages, fostering deep understanding of complex theories and contemporary applications of physics.

* Motivate and Support High Achievers: Work with a diverse group of students, including those aspiring to Oxbridge and Russell Group universities, providing the necessary extension and support to enable them to excel in all aspects of the subject.
