Inclusion Manager / SENDCo | Waltham Forest | £207-£315 per day | September 2025 Start

Reeson Education is seeking an experienced and proactive Inclusion Manager / SENDCo to support the leadership of a caring and inclusive primary school in Waltham Forest. Role Overview - Inclusion Manager / SENDCo

Provide strategic and operational leadership for the SEND provision

Coordinate external agency support, oversee EHCP reviews, and chair planning meetings

Manage individual pupil plans and support reviews with teachers, TAs, and families

Liaise with parents, SENCO, leadership teams, and external professionals

Maintain accurate documentation and database tracking for SEND provision

Collaborate with SLT to embed inclusive practices and drive whole-school improvement

Who We're Looking For

An experienced Inclusion Manager or SENDCo with a qualification (e.g. NASENCo) or actively working toward one

Proven track record of managing SEND provision in a primary school setting

Strong administrative, organisational, and communication skills

Empathetic, flexible, and skilled at multi-tasking in a busy school environment

Leadership experience-confident liaising with senior staff and external agencies

The Offer

Daily Rate: £207-£315 (dependent on experience and qualifications)

Full-time, term-time role starting September 2025
