Terms: Full Time Permanent 42.5 hours (08:00-17:00 30 mins for lunch and 15- minute breaks in
morning and afternoon)
Summary
We are seeking a new member to add to our Hire Desk team that is a focused and driven individual.
The position will be responsible for all customer dealings and will work closely with other
departments to deliver excellent customer service. While experience in the industry is not necessary,
there must be a strong willingness to learn the product range and industry standards. You will be
required to work within a team, dealing with customers and suppliers via email and phone.
Requirements

The ability to multi- task and work from various screens and software.
Must have English/Maths GCSE.
Responsibilities
Delivering excellent customer service
Liaising with customer and supplier via phone and email
Liaising with the Sales team to ensure customer orders are processed correctly.
Communicating to the wider team any issues/developments with orders.
Communicating with suppliers when placing orders and buying all equipment for the
business.
Completing admin tasks including raising, chasing and closing breakdowns, off-hires and
raising damages.
