Early Years Teaching Assistant – The Role: 

Supporting a reception classroom
Working alongside an experienced teacher
Ensuring academic and wellbeing requirements are met
1:1, group and class work

Early Years Teaching Assistant– Qualifications & skills required: 

Previous experience working with children
Level 3 or degree level of education is desirable
Prior classroom / education experience is desirable
Excellent communication skills 
Proactive and professional manner
Passion and resilience to support primary students
