Eaton Syalon are proud to be partnering exclusively with an ambitious, owner-managed SME who are entering an exciting period of growth. We are recruiting a Manufacturing Accountant to play a pivotal role in shaping the financial performance of the business as it scales.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Part-Qualified (Or Qualified by experience) Accountant with solid manufacturing experience—particularly around costing, inventory, and production accounting—who is looking to join a business where they can truly add value and influence decision-making.

The Role

As Management Accountant, you’ll be responsible for:

* Delivering accurate costing analysis across materials, labour, and overheads.

* Supporting inventory valuation and monitoring production performance.

* Providing financial insights to support decision-making and operational improvements.

* Managing financial aspects of supply chain and production costing to ensure profitability.

* Advising on tax considerations, R&D credits, and financing options to support growth.

* Partnering with senior leadership to drive efficiencies and improve margin visibility.

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

* Has proven experience in costing within a manufacturing environment.

* Is part-qualified or qualified by experience (QBE) with a strong grounding in management accounts.

* Thrives in a fast-paced, growth-focused SME setting where you can make a real impact.

* Has strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate insights clearly to non-finance colleagues.
