This flexible role is ideal for graduates, aspiring teachers, teaching assistants looking for more classroom experience, or anyone interested in working within education.

Role Responsibilities:

Supervising classes during teacher absences and ensuring students remain on task

Delivering pre-prepared work set by the classroom teacher

Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies

Supporting students with their learning where needed

Ensuring a calm, productive, and safe learning environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Confidence in managing groups of secondary-aged students

Reliability, flexibility, and a proactive attitude

Ability to remain calm and professional
