The Role

As Technical Manager, you will:

Take ownership of the Technical agenda

*

Manage site audits (including BRC)

*

Drive continuous improvement

*

Lead quality systems

*

Developing a food safety culture throughout the site

*

Work closely with NPD, Production, and Commercial teams

The Candidate

The successful Technical Manager will have:

*

Proven experience in a Technical Manager or Management role within food manufacturing

*

Strong knowledge of BRCGS standards, HACCP, and retailer technical requirements

*

Excellent leadership and people development skills

*

A proactive mindset with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
