Minerva Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of our client for Support Workers to join a friendly Learning Disability service in Lowestoft.

The Role
You will support residents with their day-to-day needs, including personal care, daily routines, and activities, while promoting independence, dignity, and choice. You’ll be part of a supportive team delivering person-centred care using a Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) approach.

What We’re Looking For

Caring and patient nature
Good communication skills
Ability to work well as part of a team
Previous care experience preferred but not essential
