Are you the kind of person who thrives on keeping things organised, efficient, and moving? We’re looking for an Internal Sales Executive who enjoys being the reliable backbone of a busy technical team—managing enquiries, coordinating quotes, and supporting smooth sales operations.

This is a stable, long-term role in a friendly business where your accuracy, responsiveness, and calm presence will be genuinely appreciated.

The Role

Respond to incoming RFQs and customer enquiries

Liaise with production, procurement, and technical teams to gather quote info

Prepare and issue accurate quotations

Keep CRM records and sales tracking tools up to date

Follow up on open quotes and support the team with reporting

What We’re Looking For

Experience in internal sales, sales admin, or commercial coordination

Organised, clear communicator with strong attention to detail

Confident using CRMs, Excel, and quotation tools

Proactive and customer-focused, able to juggle priorities

Bonus if you have:

Experience in a manufacturing or technical sales environment

Familiarity with RFQs, pricing structures, or sales tracking
