You will help her engage with the curriculum, build confidence, and achieve her educational goals. The ideal Teaching Assistant will be patient, warm, and nurturing, with relevant experience or qualifications in education, childcare, or special educational needs. Your support will be key in enabling the pupil to make the best possible progress.
