Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a passionate and dedicated Humanities Teacher with a specialism in Geography to join a welcoming and forward-thinking secondary school in Worksop from September 2025 until the end of term at Christmas, with the potential to go perm for the right candidate. About the Role
This full-time position will involve delivering engaging and inspiring lessons primarily in Geography, but will also include teaching across other Humanities subjects such as History and Religious Studies at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. The successful candidate will be joining a supportive department with access to excellent resources and a clear commitment to professional development.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
Have a strong subject knowledge in Geography and experience teaching Humanities at secondary level.
Be enthusiastic, creative, and committed to raising student achievement.
Demonstrate excellent classroom management and communication skills.
Be a team player with a collaborative approach to teaching and learning.
