What you'll do:

* Give personalized, needs-based advice on products, terms & payments

* Ensure 100% compliance with policies, FCA rules, Conduct Risk, Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) and Consumer Duty

* Deliver outstanding, fully compliant service

* Perform deep due diligence & sharp risk assessment to protect the business

* Hit personal targets while boosting team results

* Stay ahead on UK mortgage + Islamic finance trends & regulations

* Track leads, generate new business & produce insightful MI

* Commit to ongoing CPD and full competence

Must-have skills & experience:

* Solid background in home finance, mortgages or similar

* Hands-on experience advising on HPP and BTL

* Outstanding communication & people skills

* Strong IT & organization — juggle priorities like a pro

* Deep knowledge of UK mortgage market

* Full grasp of regulations & ethical standards

* Passion for Sharia-compliant solutions & ethical finance

* Proactive, collaborative team player who's highly motivated

Nice to have:

* Multilingual to connect with diverse clients

* CeMAP (or equivalent) – the gold-standard FCA-recognized mortgage advice qualification
