Team Leader – Children’s Residential Home
Location: Bolton, Greater Manchester
Salary: £15.50 – £16.00 per hour
£60 sleep-in rate/ £20 on-call payment
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Setting: Children’s residential home supporting young people with complex needs and trauma backgrounds

Teams Leader: Key Responsibilities

Lead and support staff to deliver high-quality, trauma-informed care
Promote a safe, nurturing and stable environment
Act as a positive role model and build strong, trusting relationships with young people
Support care planning, safeguarding, and daily operations of the homeTeam Leader Requirements:

Level 3 or 4 qualification in Children & Young People (or equivalent)
Significant experience in children’s residential care
Strong understanding of trauma-informed practice
Confident leadership and excellent communication skillsReferrals:
