Are you passionate about building lasting relationships with customers? Do you thrive in a friendly and dynamic environment? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! Our client, a leading organisation based in Ashford, is looking for a Part-Time Loyalty Executive to join their team.

Your daily duties will be to:

Connect with existing customers through engaging check-in calls twice a year. Show them you care and are here to help!
Provide insightful demonstrations that showcase the value of our clients services.
Assist customers with their ledgers and invoices in the initial months to foster strong relationships.
Transition into a full loyalty role after two months, becoming a key point of contact for our valued customers.

Location: Ashford, Kent

The Team: Work alongside friendly colleagues in customer service and editorial departments, fostering collaboration and camaraderie.

Hours: 21 flexible hours per week, ideally spread over 3 or 4 days (Monday to Thursday).

Salary: £14 per hour x 21 hours a week = £15,288

Hybrid: After training, you'll work in the office from Tuesday to Thursday and remotely on Mondays.

You'll be the ideal candidate for this role if you have:

Account Management or Customer service experience
A Customer centric attitude, with excellent rapport-building skills
A desire to truly care about customers, retaining and nurturing accounts (No targets will be set)Next steps:
