An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and self-motivated Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor. They’re looking for a professional who wants to play a key role in their growth strategy, while enjoying outstanding opportunities for career development and personal progression.

You’ll take ownership of projects across a range of public and private sector clients, delivering high-quality cost management and quantity surveying services throughout the full project lifecycle. You’ll also help shape and mentor our talented team of Cost Managers, Graduates, and Apprentices — all while working in a collaborative and supportive environment.

What you’ll bring

* A proven track record of working independently to deliver exceptional cost management / QS services.

* Strong client-facing skills and a commitment to technical excellence.

* Proficiency in measurement and take-off software (CostX preferred).

* Experience in BQ preparation (preferred but not essential).

* Solid commercial and risk awareness.

* Excellent professional report writing and communication skills.

* A collaborative, flexible, and ambitious approach to teamwork.

* Experience mentoring or supporting junior colleagues.

* Ideally MRICS qualified or actively working toward chartership.
