Principal / Associate Electrical Design Engineer – Building Services

? Salary: Up to £70,000 per annum

The Role:

* Lead and manage electrical design delivery across a diverse portfolio of building services projects.

* Provide technical leadership, project oversight, and strategic input across all stages of design and delivery.

* Engage with clients, contribute to business development, and support fee proposals and bids.

* Oversee and review detailed electrical designs, ensuring compliance with UK regulations and sustainability targets.

* Mentor and develop junior and intermediate engineers, fostering a high-performing team culture.

Requirements:

* Degree or HNC/HND in Electrical Engineering or Building Services.

* Extensive consultancy experience in electrical building services design.

* Strong knowledge of UK building regulations, CIBSE standards, and sector-specific compliance.

* Proficient in design tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, Amtech, Dialux, or Relux.

* Proven leadership and client-facing experience.
