CMA is recruiting for our Poole based education sector client, they require an experienced Finance Assistant with purchase ledger skills to join their close knit finance team on a temporary basis, this is likely to convert to a permanent position.

This is a great opportunity to join this high end client and start a new role straight away.

What will the Finance Assistant role involve?

Processing end to end purchase ledger invoices to suppliers.
Daily contact with suppliers, resolving queries;
Processing expenses through a bespoke system;
Reconciling supplier statements;
General transactional finance data entry.
 Suitable Candidate for the Finance Assistant vacancy:

Experienced in end to end purchase ledger processing;
Confident system skills including Excel, previous knowledge of Xero;
Ability to start a new role straight away and be open to a longer term perm offering.
