The Role

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a vital role in managing project costs, contracts, and financial planning to ensure the successful delivery of high-profile infrastructure projects. You'll work closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to oversee budgets, risk assessments, and supplier negotiations.

Key Responsibilities:

? Prepare cost estimates, valuations, and financial reports for projects
? Manage contracts, procurement, and subcontractor agreements
? Identify commercial risks and opportunities, ensuring financial efficiency
? Liaise with stakeholders, clients, and supply chain partners
? Support the delivery of major DNO infrastructure projects, ensuring cost control and budget alignment
