Description

Process payroll accurately and on time for all employees.
Maintain and update payroll records in compliance with legal requirements.
Handle queries and resolve payroll discrepancies efficiently.
Prepare and submit required reports to relevant stakeholders.
Collaborate with the accounting and finance team to ensure accurate financial records.
Ensure compliance with all payroll-related regulations and company policies.
Assist in the implementation of payroll system improvements.
Provide support during audits and other financial reviews.Profile

A successful Payroll Administrator should have:

Proven experience in payroll processing and management.
Strong knowledge of accounting and finance principles within the healthcare sector.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling data.
Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
Good understanding of payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
