Role: Cover Supervisor (no teaching qualifications required)

Location: Slough, Berkshire

Start Date: September 2025

Type: Day-to-day supply

Pay: £100-£120 per day (depending on experience)

Working Days: Flexible - you choose when you're available

About the Role:

Supervise classes across a range of subjects using work set by the class teacher

Ensure students stay on task and maintain positive behaviour

Follow school policies and routines

Gain valuable classroom experience in a supportive environment

Work in a variety of secondary schools in the local area

Person Specification:

No formal teaching qualifications required

A degree is helpful but not essential

Ideal for graduates, aspiring teachers, or individuals with experience working with young people

Strong classroom presence, good communication skills, and the ability to manage behaviour

Reliable, adaptable, and confident working in different school settings
