Legionella Risk Assessor – West & Central London

£32000-£37000 + Overtime + Van (Private use) – based on a 40 hour week

Join one of the UK’s leading independently owned Environmental Consultancies, with six regional offices and over 100 staff nationwide. Due to continued growth, their Southern Division, the fastest-growing arm of the business is expanding and currently require an experienced Legionella Risk Assessor to join a well-established team of 10 risk assessors.

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality legionella risk assessments across a range of large commercial sites including: - Schools and educational establishments, Retail outlets, Hospitality venues, Government buildings.

Duties of the Legionella Risk Assessor will include

* Legionella Risk Assessing (90% of the time)

* Tank cleaning and disinfection also tank inspections.

* Temperature reading on Hot and Cold Water Outlets – Calorifier and Cwst’s

* Mains injections Dosing and Instilling

* TMV servicing and repairs where needed.

* Basic Plumbing.

Legionella Risk Assessor experience required

* 3+ years working as a Legionella Risk Assessor

* Proven experience covering water hygiene and plumbing duties where needed

* Hold industry qualifications such as Legionella Awareness and City and Guilds Hot and Cold Water Systems course and C&G risk assessment course if risk assessor (C&G or equivalent).

* Excellent customer service skills, dealing with customers face to face, maintaining site standards

* Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain)

* A full UK driving licence
