Senior Site Engineer - a leading Tier 1 building contractor is searching for a Senior Site Engineer to join their established operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Site Engineer to play a key role within an award-winning business focussed the development and wellbeing of their teams.

The initial project is a part-new build and part refurbishment to a office building and warehouse facility for an esteemed client in the public sector (£30m).

Requirements:
- Experience using modern surveying / setting-out technology
- Level 4 Qualification (NVQ4 / HNC)
- Driving license
- CSCS Card
- AutoCAD

Responsibilies & Duties:
- Ensure work is completed to the design drawings and specifications
- Monitor and check sub-contractors setting-out work
- Review works and report any tolerancing issues
- Uphold HSE standards and report any issues
- Managing QA on site

Salary & Package:
- Guideline salary of £55,000 - £65,000 (Negotiable)
- Company Car or Allowance of £6,000
- Excellent bonus scheme (10%)
- Healthcare & Pension
