Key Responsibilities:

* Manufacture high-quality cabinets and furniture to design specifications

* Work with a variety of wood types and materials, ensuring correct preparation and finishing

* Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and accurately

* Read and interpret technical drawings and cutting lists

* Carry out assembly, finishing, and quality checks on completed items

* Repair or modify furniture as required to meet quality standards

* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop

* Work collaboratively as part of a skilled production team

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Cabinet Maker, Bench Joiner, or similar woodworking role

* Confident use of woodworking tools and machinery

* Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work

* Ability to read and follow technical drawings and specifications

* Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

* Knowledge of timber types, materials, and finishing methods

* Reliable, hardworking, and deadline-focused

* Experience with bespoke or custom furniture is advantageous
