We're looking for a Tech Support Advisor who's not just technically minded, but people-powered-someone who knows that behind every tech query is a person who needs a great customer experience.
This isn't your average helpdesk role. No scripts. No robotic responses. Just real conversations, smart solutions, and the kind of human touch that makes all the difference.
What You'll Be Doing:
Acting as the first line of support for customers with tech issues-via live chat, email, or phone
Troubleshooting
Logging cases accurately and sharing knowledge with the wider support team
Helping customers not just fix problems-but understand themYou'll Need:
A genuine love for helping people and solving problems
Strong communication skills-written and spoken
Confidence using online platforms and navigating support systems
Previous experience in a support or customer service role (tech background a bonus!)
