This role offers hybrid working, with a great balance of flexibility and collaboration. We're based in East Leake, Loughborough, and come together in the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

What we're looking for:

An experienced engineering/manufacturing recruiter, capable of taking ownership over their own aligned specialism, but dynamic enough to adapt to vacancies in other business areas.
A proactive recruiter, willing to leave no stone unturned to find the right candidate - if you rely on adverts, and sourcing is left as a last resort, then this role won't be right for you.
Excellent customer service and stakeholder management skills, to offer the right service, and truly partner with your customer.
An Innovative mindset. We would love to work with you if you are always seeking new solutions and focused on continuous improvement.
High attention to detail - we are passionate about recruitment and talent acquisition being viewed as a profession. We produce excellent marketing material, we capture detail well in systems, and develop and adhere to effective strategies and processes. What you will be doing:

Partnering with your technical and engineering customers to understand their requirements, in order to source and attract the highest quality talent into Saint-Gobain.
Proactively attracting talent for both live vacancies, and to build effective pipelines for future opportunities
Working closely with your recruitment colleagues, to maintain and develop a culture of collaboration and trust. We want our team to be focused on shared success and to uphold the highest shared standards.
Supporting internal applicants in the recruitment process. Mobility and career development opportunities are vast at Saint-Gobain, and we are proud of what we have to offer. You will support internal applicants, and encourage a flexible approach from your hiring managers.
