SF Recruitment have partnered with an organisation in Coventry (CV6) who are looking to recruit an Administrator to join the team. This role is initially for 6 months with the likelihood of then going permanent. 

Salary: £25,000
Working pattern: full time site based Monday to Friday

Purpose of Role

To assist the Internal Sales department in all office functions, support the external sales team and provide excellent service to all customers.

Role Accountabilities

- General Admin duties
- To liaise with, and support, the internal and external sales teams in providing first class customer service
- To communicate effectively with all other departments to manage orders through the factory and ensure 100% on time deliveries
- To communicate proactively and appropriately with all customers
- To be proficient in the use of all relevant software and accurate with data entry
- To take responsibility for your own work and be an active team member
- To be creative and innovative in all aspects of the role
- To actively engage with the internal and external marketing functions; monitoring existing programs and developing ways to improve
