Are you a passionate and dedicated Easrly Years Teaching Assistant /Nursery Practioner with a recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification?
Our client, a welcoming and well-established school, is seeking to appoint an experienced Early Teaching Assistant to join their friendly and professional team. The setting prides itself on providing a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment where young children can explore, learn, and develop essential skills through play and guided activities.
About the Role:
As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support the delivery of high-quality early years education and care in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
Work alongside qualified practitioners to plan and implement engaging learning experiences tailored to individual children's needs
Support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development through play and structured activities
Ensure the safety, wellbeing, and inclusion of all children within the setting
Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
Assist with daily routines, including snack times, toileting, and tidying up
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
A recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification (e.g., CACHE Level 3 Diploma for the Early Years Workforce)
Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
Knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development principles
A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach to working with young children
Good communication and teamwork skills
