Temporary Administrator (Data Entry & Customer Service) - Office Based
Location: Sheffield (S13)
Hours: 30 hours per week (flexible schedule)
Pay: £12.21 - £12.50 per hour
Contract: Temporary (minimum 3 months, with potential to go permanent)

Key Responsibilities:
Input and manage data accurately using internal systems
Update and maintain Excel spreadsheets
Handle general administrative tasks such as filing and scanning
Answer incoming calls and provide excellent customer service
Liaise professionally with internal teams and external contacts
What We're Looking For:
Previous data entry experience with high attention to detail
Confident and professional phone manner
Strong customer service and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
