Are you an organised and detail-oriented individual with a passion for recruitment? We are currently seeking a Recruitment Office Administrator to join our busy recruitment office in Coventry on a temporary basis.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage a busy phone line and provide exceptional customer service.

* Conduct telephone pre-screens and face-to-face interviews with candidates.

* Update our systems with accurate information and maintain compliance.

* Perform right to work checks and ensure all documentation is in order.

* Handle data entry tasks efficiently and accurately.

* Collaborate with the recruitment team to manage a high volume of applications.

Skills and Experience:

* Previous experience in a busy office environment, preferably within recruitment.

* Ability to handle a high volume of applications with an eye for detail.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

* Experience with payroll and data entry tasks.

* Strong communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent service.

Job Advert: Recruitment Office Administrator

Location: Coventry CV1

Pay: £12.50 - £13.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

Duration: Temporary role until the end of the year, with the potential for extension
