Multi-Trade Operative – Residential Refurbs
Location: Headingley, Kirkstall areas of Leeds
Pay: £20 per hour
Duration: Minimum 2 months work.
Approved Workforce is currently seeking a reliable and experienced Multi-Trade Operative to join our team for a series of residential refurb projects across Leeds.
This is an excellent opportunity for skilled tradespeople who enjoy variety in their work and take pride in delivering high-quality finishes in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Multi-Trade Operative, you will be working on a wide range of small to medium-sized refurbishment tasks, including but not limited to:
* Plumbing
* Electrical work
* Joinery work
* Painting and decorating
* General multi-trade tasks involved in refurbishing and upgrading residential properties.
* Working to a schedule of works.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have:
* A valid CSCS card
* Full PPE
* Your own tools and vehicle (car/van)
* Enhanced DBS - Preferred
* Willingness to travel throughout Leeds
* Proven multi-trade experience across the trades listed above
* Checkable references from previous employers or clients
