This is your chance to be an essential part of a vibrant school community, working closely with children aged 5–7 to provide tailored learning support and interventions that truly make a difference.

What you’ll be doing

• Supporting classroom teachers in the delivery of engaging, age-appropriate lessons
• Running 1:1 and small group interventions to boost literacy, numeracy, and phonics
• Providing specialist support for pupils with special educational needs (SEN)
• Encouraging confidence, independence, and a love of learning in every child
• Helping maintain a safe, positive and stimulating classroom environment

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience supporting Key Stage 1 or Early Years learners
• Familiarity with SEN strategies, phonics, or intervention programmes is a plus
• Energetic, nurturing, and proactive attitude to learning support
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine commitment to the wellbeing and progress of every child
