A successful Management Accountant should:

Be ACCA/CIMA PQ/Finalist - Essential
Proven experience in financial reporting and analysis - Essential
Strong technical skills, including proficiency in accounting software and Excel - Essential
The ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate findings effectively - Essential
