Acorn by Synergie is recruiting a Food Production Operative to join a busy food production facility in Exeter. This is an ideal opportunity for a reliable and hardworking individual looking for a temporary to permanent role in a supportive and fast-paced environment.

Key Duties

Work as part of a team in a busy food production environment.

Assist with preparation, cooking, packing, and handling of food products.

Lift and move materials and products up to 25kg.

Maintain hygiene and food safety standards at all times.

Keep work areas clean and safe.

Meet daily production targets.

Requirements

Physically fit and able to lift up to 25kg.

Able to work in a fast-paced food production environment.

Punctual, dependable, and a good team player.

Previous experience in food production, kitchen, or similar environment essential.

What We Offer

£12.25 per hour, with overtime at £18.37 per hour.

Monday to Friday, 7am-4pm (42.5 hours per week).

Temporary to permanent opportunity.
