About the Role

With an immediate start date available, this role offers the opportunity to play a key part in the success of a growing business. Supporting the smooth running of the office and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, your responsibilities will include:

Providing exceptional customer service
Handling insurance enquiries
Processing policy changes
Setting up new policies and handling sales-related tasksAbout You

We are looking for someone who:

Demonstrates drive, energy, and enthusiasm in delivering outstanding customer service
Maintains a proactive and enthusiastic ‘can-do’ attitude
Possesses a confident personality and enjoys working within a team environment
Shows initiative and is eager to learn
Has strong interpersonal and communication skills
Enjoys building and maintaining relationships with clients
Is comfortable using IT systems, including Microsoft Office 365
Holds a minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade C or above, including Maths and English
Has a full UK Driving LicenceOur Commitment to You

Training and support to obtain initial product licences
Ongoing training to become fully licensed in both personal and commercial products
